Tell us what's running on your site and how it's set up. We'll estimate how much fuel you'll go through per day, month, and job — broken out by fuel type (off-road & on-road diesel, gasoline, plus DEF) — and recommend the right tank, pump, and refill schedule. When you're ready, send us the numbers for delivered pricing.
Pick a machine — horsepower, load factor and fuel type auto-fill and stay editable. Add a row per machine type; use the # column for multiple identical units.
Generators use kW + electrical load %. Reefer units & light towers use a fixed field burn rate. On-road trucks use MPG + miles/day. Set each row's fuel type so volumes split correctly.
Don't have the exact machine list yet? Pick the type of work — it sets an average burn per active machine — then enter how many machines and hours.
Quick mode is a ballpark. For a firm plan, use Detailed mode with your actual equipment list.
A few questions about the site pick the best tank style and pump.
We deliver diesel, gas, and DEF straight to your site and keep your tanks full — no runs to the pump, no downtime. Add your details and send us your estimate; we'll reply with pricing and a delivery plan.

| Fuel | /day | /month | job |

| Tank | Days / fill | Tanks for target |

GPH = HP × Load Factor × BSFC ÷ fuel density. Diesel BSFC 0.37 lb/hp·hr, density 7.05 lb/gal → ~0.052 gal/HP-hr at full load (matches the 0.05–0.06 field rule). Gasoline uses BSFC 0.50, density 6.17 (gas engines burn more volume per HP).
gal/day = miles/day ÷ MPG.
daily burn × (target days between fills + reserve buffer). Tank style follows the site: no containment → double-wall self-contained; existing berm/containment → single-wall in containment (lower cost). Pump follows power: 110V → electric transfer pump; 12V → battery/DC pump; none → gravity feed (elevated stand) or hand pump. Aggregate aboveground storage ≥ 1,320 gal triggers a federal SPCC containment + spill-plan requirement (flagged automatically).
