Overview
This policy explains how Tiber Industries LLC ("Tiber Fuel," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the information you share when you use this website and the Tiber Fuel customer portal. We aim to collect only what we need to serve you well.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or create a portal account, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, service and delivery details, and any notes you add. When you use the portal we also store the records tied to your account, such as your jobs, quotes, and invoices.
Sensitive and payment information
If you apply for credit, we collect the business and guarantor details needed to evaluate the application, which can include a personal guarantor’s date of birth and Social Security number. If you set up bank (ACH) payments, we collect the bank account and routing numbers needed to process the debits you authorize. We protect these sensitive identifiers with encryption and restrict who can access them. We do not collect full payment card numbers on this site; card payments, where offered, are handled by our payment processor.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our analytics provider collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and general location inferred from your IP address. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure and reliable.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as keeping you signed in) and for analytics. Analytics help us see which pages are useful and where the site can improve. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, including clicks, scrolling and session replays, so we can improve it. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies. Microsoft’s handling of this data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). We also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the portal, prepare and deliver quotes and services you request, process orders and invoices, respond to your messages, keep accounts secure, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business: with service providers who work on our behalf (for example, our website host, email delivery, and analytics providers) under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect our rights; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale. Service providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
Email and communications
We use your email and phone number to send account, quote, invoice, and service-related messages. We may send occasional updates about our services; you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time, but we may still send messages necessary to service your account.
Text messages
If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send account and service text messages. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on the portal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any issues.
Your choices
You can review and update the details in your portal profile at any time, or contact us to request changes. To change your company name or email on file, or to ask about the information we hold, email us using the contact below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, or to opt out of certain uses. We do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
This site and portal are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page, and we will update the "last updated" date above.
